There are many kinds of strategic plans—organizational, functional, philanthropic, advocacy, and communications strategies, to name a few. We've worked on everything from multi-country organizational strategies and flagship government policies to sector-specific plans focused on improving outcomes for women and girls.
At Egeria Strategies, we can help you assess the progress of your current strategy, identify what’s working (and what’s not), analyze new data or trends, consult with stakeholders, and revise or draft full strategic documents. Bringing in an external partner often makes a big difference. A third party can help spot patterns, challenge assumptions, navigate resistance, and guide cross-functional teams toward a clear, actionable plan.
A campaign is a structured, strategic effort designed to drive a specific outcome—whether that’s influencing policy, shifting public opinion, raising awareness, or mobilizing support. Unlike one-off actions, campaigns are coordinated over time, with a clear goal, defined audiences, key messages, and a mix of tactics tailored to your needs.
Depending on your objectives, a campaign might include digital outreach, media engagement, stakeholder communications, public events, or grassroots organizing. It’s about choosing the right tools to reach the right people—and moving them to take action.
At its core, a campaign is how you turn strategy into measurable impact. Our Partnerships and Alliances service combines political savvy and a talent for relationship building to help you succeed. Egeria Strategies can provide direct advocacy services as well as facilitating or supporting the development of advocacy plans, coalitions, and new partnerships to make your advocacy and other programs stronger. For Egeria, identifying unexpected allies and cultivating partnerships with them is one of the most fun parts of an activity - and often a key to its success. This bucket of services can also help you manage your existing coalitions, strategize about how to build consensus, and provide skills-building on advocacy tactics and strategies, collective action, and new partner development.

With decades of experience helping service providers reach the people who need it most, Egeria Strategies offers practical support to help you do the same. We provide gender and social inclusion analysis, social impact assessments, and project design services that turn challenges into progress.
Whether it’s translating assessments into smart investments, identifying barriers, leading and synthesizing focus groups or key informant interviews, or helping you deploy proven tools to assess your own progress—we’re here to strengthen your impact. Our in-house expertise spans water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH), menstrual health, HIV prevention, governance, and human rights.
